Every two years Othona joins in this countywide festival of creativity. We are open to the public from 11.00 to 5.00 each day, with homemade cream teas on offer each afternoon.
And this year we're opening our brand new Four Seasons Studio for the first time (with Gala events on Sunday 24th May).
Specially designed in place of the old art room, this multi-purpose building will be a resource for Othona events as well as offering a venue for use by local groups. Do come and celebrate it with us!
Three younger artists new to Othona exhibit in 2020: Jo Harp, Andy Howlett and George Corney bring us illustrated animals, moving image and interactive digital art respectively. They are joined by Elizabeth Sayers (textile art), Emma C Tabor (printmaking), Ali Tebbs (paint and collage) and Robin Shaw (drawing).
What a feast!
And on Tuesday 2 June most of the artists will be present for a Meet the Artists evening when they give short presentations about their inspiration and working methods.
