Any members and friends of the Othona Community (charity number 277843) are most welcome to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)
It will be held by Zoom on Saturday 26th September, from 2.00 - 4.00 pm (UK time).
This is a new departure for all of us - an Othona AGM entirely online. We hope it will mean lots of us who can't normally attend in person may take part digitally. The link to the meeting together with joining instructions can be found below.
There are four documents and a video available for the meeting. The links below will let you see them in advance:

The trustees invite you to submit written feedback and questions. They regret that they are unable to reply to you individually. They will group questions by theme and do their best to answer them in the meeting. A written summary will be drawn up after the meeting and posted on the websites of both Othona centres.

The AGM will start at 2pm with pre recorded videos. They include an introduction from our founder's daughter and patron Dr Janet Marshall, prayers, news from each of the centres and a financial report.
The live part of the AGM will start at 3pm
Anybody interested in Othona is welcome to the AGM, but only subscribing Members can vote for the Treasurer and the Community Secretary. We will use the raise hand function in Zoom to indicate votes.
