Available for hire, The Four Seasons Studio is an accessible, attractive and affordable new resource for local groups and individuals as well as the wider Othona Community.
The spacious hall is light and versatile, with folding doors that open onto substantial decking looking out to the sea. The decking provides a wonderful additional space, weather dependent, for working outdoors or social gatherings.
Fully equipped with a modern kitchen and accessible toilets, the studio provides a self sufficient space suitable for a variety of events.
With our plan to make the entire site carbon neutral by 2030 at the latest, we set very high environmental standards for the studio build, making sure the space is low in energy usage, with excellent insulation, air source heat pump and photovoltaics.
