A Place to be Real Together

>> OS Tai Chi Mar 2017

Open Space means a classic Othona relaxation week – spend time in community but with a minimal programme so you can pursue your own priorities (walking, reading, just chilling?)

Spontaneous group activities often arise during Open Space times, all the better for being unplanned. Perhaps an outing to the pool and sauna, a birdwatching walk, or a fascinating discussion group.

This time there will also be daily sessions of tai chi and qigong exercises with David Talbot. You don't need any previous experience to benefit from these graceful and mindful movement practices.

David’s teaching emphasises the health and relaxation benefits of Tai Chi rather than the martial arts aspects.
