The labyrinth is a 'spiritual technology' as old as the hills, but as fresh as your next heartbeat. Walking a labyrinth you can experience depth of awareness, clarity of mind, peace of heart.
Nickie Fidgin is a skilled facilitator who will offer this contemplative experience in the Othona chapel on Tuesday 3rd October. If you wish to walk her canvas labyrinth please arrive between 2.30 and 3.30. You will need to make this 'mini-pilgrimage' in socks or (clean) bare feet.
Afterwards you are invited to stay for tea and scones, and to welcome Nickie's husband Nigel Thomas who is due to complete a two day sponsored walk to Othona at about 4.00pm. He is fundraising to purchase a smaller lightweight labyrinth that will enable Nickie to take her work into more varied settings.

There is no charge for the afternoon or for refreshments. But please consider donating to Nickie and Nigel's project. Either in person on the day or online here (where you can also learn more of the project)
