Returning to lead her fourth popular retreat at Othona, Nicky Temple writes:
Discover the true beauty of your inner spirit, learn to love your unique self more deeply, uncover the riches of your soul and connect with the God who delights to call you home. Through a combination of guided meditation, silence and lectio-divina this creative retreat will connect you to your true self, and grow you in love for yourself, others and awareness of the presence of God in all.
We will use the compass as our guide by exploring its four main points.
In North we look at what’s stable, rooted, reliable and certain in our lives.
South offers the opportunity to connect with what’s alive, flourishing and joy-bringing.
West gives time to be with our losses and griefs.
East is about dawn and the invitations that are present for growth, change, fresh vision and new ways of being.
