Open Space is a relaxing long weekend without one particular focus. And this time we have members of the wonderfully creative Tebbs family joining us to enrich the activities on offer. Ali and Mart have been crucially involved in the community of Othona here and in Essex at various times for over 50 years! (Son David, daughter Jo and all their children are beloved Othona regulars too.)

So among your options in Open Space will be:

• A hands-on creativity day with artist/craftswoman Ali Tebbs - glimpse her work here
• Reflections on local wildlife (and a walk, weather permitting) with our former groundsman Mart Tebbs, naturalist and musician
• The renowned Bridport Market on Saturday for your Christmas shopping
• Afternoon Story times with Othona warden Tony reading aloud by the log fire
• A Special Community Reflection for Advent Sunday

Whether you are new to Othona or returning after a while, this weekend will have something for you.

With our wonderful biodiverse grounds, the beach just a short walk or drive away, somebody else producing healthy home-cooked meals for you, and interesting company guaranteed - what's not to like?
