A great week for anyone intrigued by the universe and human efforts to uncover its secrets. With astronomer Roger Noble who gives brilliantly illustrated talks and brings a large telescope for us all to try some practical astronomy (weather permitting).

Roger's talks focus on general aspects of the universe: from our Sun to the furthest reaches of space. What do astronomers know about why the universe is like it is and what do they not know. We'll cover some of the latest findings in astronomy and space exploration.

This year we'll also learn more about space flight: yes, it is rocket science.
