Like our other Roll Up Your Sleeves events this is an opportunity to get involved with practical tasks at Othona while enjoying time in the community.
This event will be focused on improving and reorganising the vegetable garden. The main tasks will be dismantling the old fruit cage and moving some of the soft fruit bushes, creating new raised beds, and possibly assembling a new shed. Please come prepared to work outdoors – whatever the weather!
With the short daylight hours at this time of year there will be plenty of time in the evenings to get cosy by the fire, read, play games and be nourished by good food and good company.
