Fri 11 May - Sun 13 May 2018
Space is available on this event! :-D
Most of us sense that contact with the natural world is good for us; science confirms it. But we also benefit in all sorts of ways from our digital connections. This short retreat offers a chance to reflect on our online lives and our place in nature. What practices make for wellbeing in our digital age? Sue Thomas, an expert and author in this field, is convinced that nature and technology are not the polar opposites they’re sometimes made out to be!
