Mindfulness meditation can help you develop compassion for yourself and others, which in turn supports your own health and well-being. This retreat also includes optional sessions of yoga and tai chi. Sue Howse, accredited both as a therapist and a mindfulness teacher, will be assisted by Alison Witham.
